Job Description:

 

In this exciting position, you will be working with an ambitious team to help Chinese student applying to top US colleges and universities and develop various academic and educational programs. Other responsibilities may include:

 

·     Instructing students to prepare their application materials and follow up their application progress.

·     Organizing seminars and marketing functions.

·     Conducting research assignments related to education.

·     Other office related administration work.

 

Excellent performers who are keen to gain managerial experience may also have the chance to develop their careers in business management positions.

 

Qualities:

 

To be considered for this wonderful opportunity, interested candidates should meet the following criteria:

 

·     Full time associates/assistants: Undergraduate graduates; Intern: Juniors.

·     Self-motivated in nature yet able to function well as part of a dynamic team.

·     A commitment to excellence, an entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to work efficiently in a startup environment.

·     Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills; must have the ability to work well with students.

·     Flexible with travels.

 

Experience in the education field and application related tests (iBT/SAT) will be a plus, but not required.

 

 

Location:

 

Our office is headquartered in Shanghai with a network that spans across the major cities in China, including Beijing, Hangzhou, Nanjing, Shenzhen, and Chengdu. Applicants must be flexible with regards to short-term travel.

For the full-time position, compensation includes a base salary of RMB 5,000/month and yearly bonus.

职位描述：

1. 指导学生准备申请相关材料，跟踪管理学生申请进程；

2. 组织市场推广讲座及各项活动；

3. 协助美国院校在华举办讲座等活动；

4. 协助申请相关的信息调查和收集；

5. 协助办公室日常行政工作；

 

任职要求：

1. 全职：本科应届毕业生；实习生：大三本科在读学生，每周能有三天以上工作时间；

2. 性别不限，专业不限，英语能力及学习能力强者优先考虑；
