《JIN MAGAZINE》（《金杂志》）创刊于2002年，是天津第一本服务于外籍人士的资讯媒体。8年的运营，建立了稳固的发展基础，成为同类刊物中的先驱者。
2008年，《JIN MAGAZINE》经过多年不懈的努力，与今晚传媒集团强强联合，获得了新闻出版局颁发的国际标准刊号ISSN1004-826X，国内统一刊号CN12-1262/Z，成为隶属于天津市对外文化交流协会的正式出版刊物，是天津市唯一的政府官方对外宣传窗口，这进一步巩固了《JIN MAGAZINE》在天津涉外媒体市场的领先地位。
《JIN MAGAZINE》拥有成熟完善的发行渠道，除了既有的VIP读者直邮和固定发行点赠阅外，读者还可以到天津千余个报刊亭、图书批发市场、图书大厦、大型超市卖场等地购买，也可以选择邮局订阅、银行转账、上门征订等方式轻松订阅杂志。

Introduction to JIN MAGAZINE
Established in 2002, JIN MAGAZINE is the first Tianjin local media to serve the expat community in Tianjin. After eight years of development, JIN MAGAZINE has established a solid foundation and has become the leading magazine among competitors.
After years of effort, JIN Magazine has joined hands with JIN Wan Media Group and is now authorized by the General Administration of Press and Publication of the People’s Republic of China with the International Standard Serial Number: ISSN1004-826X and national serial number: CN12-1262/Z. Now it is a formal publication subordinated to Tianjin Foreign Cultural Exchange Association. As the only official media open to foreign communities in Tianjin, the leading position of JIN Magazine is further consolidated.

二．实习生招聘
1.工作岗位：实习编辑
2.工作内容：杂志的采访、编辑等工作。
3.相关需求：新闻传播或语言类相关专业，日语一级或英语八级（如日语或英语流利可适当放宽政策）性格外向，热情，具备良好的沟通能力和意愿，能严格要求自己，具备自控能力，能遵守各项制度。
4.实习时间：半年到一年不等（可根据学校教学计划及公司运营时间合理安排）
5.工作时间：工作量以国家劳动部门的有关法规为基准，具体工作时间可协商。
6.培训考核：为实习生提供良好的培训及实习条件
