Position Summary:
Database Developers design and implement multi-terabyte operational marketing databases that integrate our client's data with demographic data for prospects and consumers. Our databases typically house a hundred million individuals and billions of transactions. You will be immersed in the development and maintenance of Microsoft SQL Server database solutions to meet client business objectives, and have an opportunity to work with a cross-disciplinary team across various divisions of Database Services.
Position Responsibilities:
• Building and maintaining SQL scripts in Microsoft SQL Server
• Building and maintaining DTS packages
• Building and maintaining production SQL jobs
• Building and maintaining complex SQL queries for data analysis and data extract
• Building and maintaining ETL scripts
• Building and maintaining data mart extraction processes
• Performing quality assurance and testing at the unit level
• Assisting in writing user and technical documentation
• Other duties as assigned
Position Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university in Computer Science or related IT field
• One or Two years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server and Transact-SQL programming, DTS, SSIS and other ETL tools
• Experience designing and implementing large databases and data warehouses preferred
• Experience in database marketing a plus
• Experience with Informatica a plus
• Strong knowledge of software engineering and applying database methodologies, techniques, and tools

Position Summary:
The Database Production Analyst is a member of an operations support team focused on providing operational excellence and delivery to a world-class commercial clients or non-profit organizations. The Production Analyst supports the clients’ production marketing database.
Position Responsibilities:
• Day to day execution and adherence to production database and campaign processes
• Responsible for 100% accurate and on time delivery under tight deadlines
• Interacts with clients, vendors, and internal team members to ensure timely delivery and processing of data feeds, successful job execution, and issue escalation
• Builds professional/trusting client relationships

Quality Assurance Specialist
The QA Specialist is primarily responsible for the analysis, design, planning, execution and maintenance of testing, reporting of test results and defect management of a marketing data warehouse solution.

• Develop and maintain testing standards and procedures

• Perform all aspects of defect tracking

Position Summary:
The Software Engineer is responsible for designing, coding and testing software applications according to company processes and procedures to meet customer requirements.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Design and scope custom client solutions in conjunction with project management team
• Define, refine and enforce repeatable development/QA procedures and educate stakeholders on processes
• Hands-on development of client deliverables as workload dictates
• Participate in testing of new product functionality, upgrades and patches
