MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Provide professional reception manner to customers & guests.

9. Hotel List for Employee & Visitor,Contract Review.
10. Staff Canteen Management & Dining payment.
11. Car rental arrangement.
12. Receiving and Distributing Letter, Express, EMS & DHL.
13. Keeping office good enviornment.

REQUIREMENTS:
1. College degree or above
2. Good command of spoken and written English.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Handle contract reviewing, booking, order processing and day to day work.
2. Documents preparing and submitting, billing and payment collecting, coordinating with sales group, customer and vendor, push shipment.
3. Preparing bid documents for sales group, complete monthly report.
4. Complete other job assigned by supervisor/manager.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. College or above, majoring in electronic engineering or business.
2. Good communication skill, willing to learn, can work under pressure.
3. Working experience in procurement dept is preferred.
