Communication Project Specialist
Location: Beijing
The candidate will report to Senior Communication Manager, HR & Communication Department, Novo Nordisk China.
Main Tasks:
1、Internal communications
 Deliver employer branding concept internally and externally by design and implement programs
 Work closely with HR and relevant team to implement employee communication strategy
 Maintain and constantly improve Novo Nordisk China intraweb
 Write and submit articles on a regular basis to various newsletters, intraweb, employee magazines and etc.
2、External communications and media relations
 Building up good relationship and work with national and international press to promote company and its people, technology and products
 Coordinating and facilitating agency/vendor relationships as appropriate
 Execute PR plans and strategies
3、Corporate branding
 Upgrade and maintain Novo Nordisk official website; be in charge of the website content approval process
 Work as main editor of the Novo Nordisk Voice external newsletter, 6 issues per year
 Promote key activities, spread vital notifications from top management to all employees
 Update company brochure, leaflet, suggestion box and other supporting tools
4、Employee care
 Organize Family Day, Sports Day and Annual Meeting Gala Dinner employee care projects
5、Product communications
 Support product promoting
Qualifications:
 Good Communication and interpersonal skills
 Results oriented and high level of organisational skills
 Seeks to take initiative and effectively solves problems
 Constantly seeks improvement of working processes and self
 Comfortable in working in multinational culture
 Skilful in using and learning IT applications
 Higher education diploma or University degree
 Proficient English skills
 Conversational level of other language spoken within the BA is desirable
