Key Responsibilities
Translate NPS raw data from Chinese into English
Maintain the content of NPS support central
Collect LCT meeting minutes
Supporting to analyze customer feedback

Required Qualifications
3rd year undergraduate or 2nd year postgraduate student
Statistics, marketing or related major
Excellent communication skills both in Chinese and English
Skilled at OFFICE software, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Detail oriented
