Overall responsibility
The Research Associate (RA) is part of the Client Service team in their office and in a larger office will belong to a specific Client Service Team. Their primary responsibility is to provide support to senior managers in maintaining and developing relationships with existing clients and running projects. They are learning on the job the basic skills of market research in Client Service under close supervision from their manager and senior account team members.
The following skills are essential:
1.Excellent command of English, both written and verbal
2.Strong interest in market research
3.Strong analytical skills
4.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
5.Commercial awareness
