Consulting Team Assistant
Main purpose of the job
1. Support business development and administration of consulting team
2. Support team management
Key responsibility/task
1. Support project/lead management (status checking and update)
2. Conduct capacity planning and capacity tracking (weekly) for Consulting team
3. Coordinate consulting team staffing
4. Manage consulting timesheets (collection, analysis and reporting)
5. Support quotation and contract preparation
6. Follow up quotation/contract approval process (MBtech internal and external)
7. PO/Contract management (check against timesheets and actual project expenses)
8. Submit PNs (monthly)
9. Track and monitor the team travel expenses
10. Global business reporting support
11. Support meeting schedule of Division head
Qualification and experience
1. Bachelor degree from top universities
2. Strong communication skills, both in written and orally
3. Quick learner
4. Detailed oriented
5. Highly motivated to work under pressure in a dynamic environment
6. Good team player
7. Excellent English, ideally with German skill
