Analyst (3 headcounts for PSCM, M&A, APM respectively )
Main purpose of the job
1. Increase the resources of consulting team in project delivery
2. Improve the pyramid structure of consulting team
Key responsibility/task
1. Work on consulting projects
- Conduct secondary research or collect client internal data
- Conduct interviews and other field works
- Analyze data and generate project reports
- Communicate with client team members and deliver presentations
2. Support the business development activities of consulting team
3. Support other firm building activities (e.g. training and recruiting, etc.)
Qualification and experience
1. Bachelor or master degree from top universities
2. Major in automotive engineering or similar disciplines
3. Strong analytical skills
4. Strong communication skills, both in written and orally
5. Highly motivated to work under pressure in a dymanic environment
6. Good team player
