Responsibilities:
- 根据职位描述，确定潜在候选人的行业，并建立目标公司清单，按照职位要求联系候选人（主要方式：coldcall）;
- 将各种渠道受到的候选人简历输入数据库，并定期更新数据库信息；
- 协助寻访顾问安排候选人面试等；
- 协助寻访顾问撰写候选人报告的基础部分；
Requirements:
－ 大专或本科学历；
－ 性格外向，但同时工作仔细；
－ 有耐心和毅力；
－ 良好的英文书面沟通能力；
