岗位名称：Service Desk Intern 

Responsibility:
Provide service to customer via phone in the manner of polite and professional way
Handle customer request/incident base on project requirement and support process
Trouble shooting and resolve customer problem at 1st level
Escalation base on support flow and tracking the ticket until the case closed
Record and update ticket information in time

Requirements:
Fluent English
Familiar with Microsoft Operating System, Network. MCSE or CCNA will be a plus
Good communication skill, have passionate and patient attitude to serve customers
Be able to take night shift

工作内容：
通过电话、邮件对用户提供关于电脑、应用程序、打印机、网络、国际电话等相关的IT第一级支持。更新知识库。监控服务器，联络监控中发现的问题并对自动的警报邮件作出反应。

岗位要求：
英语听、说、读、写熟练。沟通能力好，有责任心、耐心。
有IT背景、如果对服务器、网络熟悉者优先。

补充：
公司提供IT方面培训。
需值夜班；额外支付夜班津贴。
实习补贴面试时告知。
