Objectives

Ø To bring in new talent into the organization to be systematically groomed to take up leadership role within the organization, primarily Level 4 or Level 3 in operations department.

系统地为饭店培训领导岗位的员工，主要是运营部门的主管级或管理级别员工。

Target Population 

目标群体 

Ø Fresh graduates to take up supervisory position. (Level 4 ?C Service Leader / Level 3 ?C Service Manager upon graduation) 新毕业的大学生（完成本培训计划之后成为主管或管理人员）

Ø Hospitality Management qualification will be a preference but not essential. 酒店管理或相关背景专业优先，但不是必备条件

•   3-years diploma education and above 3年正规教育或更高

Ø   Potential 潜力

• Demonstrate potential for high level position as reflected in ability, engagement level and aspiration

Ø   Language Skills 语言能力

•   English fluency (both oral and written) 口语与书面英语流利

•   For some positions e.g. Engineering, Kitchen, etc, language may not be so critical. 对于某些部门职位（如工程、厨房），语言不做必须要求

During the 18 month, we will provide you with:  在18个月的时间，我们将提供：

l Exposure in the operations of each department   参与酒店每个部门的运作

l Supervisory and management training courses   主管与管理人员的培训课程

l Hotel-wide projects with full involvement from planning to follow up 酒店范围内项目的规划、设计、组织、协调，全程负责

l Teamwork environment  团队合作的环境

• Every 6-month performance review  每半年进行绩效反馈

Mentored by

负责人

• Select top managers as mentors by yourself. Once a month face to face communication between Mentor and trainees；可以自选饭店的高层管理人员作为导师，每月与导师一次面对面沟通；

Administration

  管理人员

• During the training, report to the Human Resources Department;     在培训期间由人力资源部统一管理；

Ⅸ.

Graduation 毕业

• The management trainee graduates after 18-month training and a stand-in position (starting from supervisor) will be provided. Within 6-12 months a management position will be provided depending upon the trainee performance. 18个月的培训之后经总经理批准毕业，酒店会提供见习主管的职位，在6至12个月内，提供管理岗位。具体的时间长短，取决于实习生的表现。

Compensation

工资报酬

• Salary adjusted every half-a-year together with performance review. 每半年一次调资，参考绩效评估结果

• For the first 12 months, paid as senior staff. 在第一年中支付的工资相当于资深员工的工资。

• For the last 6 months, 10-20% lower than the minimum salary of the supervisory position depending upon the performance. 第三阶段中，工资低于主管级别工资10-20%
