Finance Intern

 

Job description

Accounting area:

1.Making accounting entries of employee's claims in Sun system and checking the signatures based on the Controlling Guideline.

2.Printing and filing the vouchers and filing all the accounting documents

3.Preparing the payment request.

4. Upload WFS & CMS interface file into Sun system on daily basis, ensure the correct business unit was integrated in.

5.Reconciliation between Sun system vs Wholesale Finance System (WFS) on daily basis.

6.Go to bank to deposit checks if bank can't visit our office regarding some specific business

7.Other jobs assigned by accounting manager

Taxation area:

1.Visit Taxation Bureau to apply the overseas payment

2.Visit Taxation Bureau to submit the reports as required

Requirement

1.University degree in Accounting 

2.Banking or financing company intern experience is preferred
