Customer Service Intern

 

Job description

ü               Facilitate the accurate and timely Input & update contract details in relative systems

ü               Clerical supports: fax/ scan/ print/ type document

ü               Prepare and distribute customer vouchers and letters

ü               File and manage customer file, contract change  requests and other related documents

ü               Accomplish all other works assigned by retail settlement manager.

Ability

ü               Proficiency in Excel, word and Chinese word-processing

ü               Can communicate with English

ü               Strong responsibility, carefulness

ü               Proactive in problem solving

ü               Ability to work in a team environment 

ü               Must have an extreme control, detail and efficiency orientation

 

Requirement

ü               Bachelor degree in Finance is preferred

ü               Banking or financing company intern experience is preferred
