招聘职位：维修中心助理 Repair Center Coordinator(职位编号：SHA - RCC)
Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for daily data input into JDE system
- Prepare various report on repair center performance on weekly basis
- Review repair lead time on a regular basis to make sure it is within the time limit set by the company
- Provide quality check for all the repairs done in China repair center
- Conduct training for store repair specialist
- Liaison with stores on repair shipment and urgent repair
- Follow up repair cases with store
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above
- Fresh graduate or 1-2 years working experiences
- Detail-oriented
- Organized and customer-oriented
- Can work under pressure
- Good interpersonal skills, able to develop and maintain good working relationship with carious departments
- Language: English and Mandarin
