招聘要求

Position 1: HR BPO – C& B Specialist (Shanghai)

Job Profile:
1.Set up and maintain the client Standard Operation Process
2.Conduct quality control and trouble shooting on the monthly payroll processing, mandatory benefits administration, individual income tax declaration and other HR daily activities strictly based on the SOP and requirements documents
3.Maintain good client relationship by interacting with client counterpart regarding data collection, data correction and day-to-day operational needs
4.Handle employee inquiry
5.Assist in client requirements change definition and system testing
6.Assist in project planning, implementation and on-going process control and improvement, and operation resource management
 
Job Qualification:
1.University degree
2.1-2 years C&B administration experience is preferred
3.Good communication skills both in Chinese and English
4.Excellent PC skills especially in excel
5.Sense of risk control and long-term client relationship management
6.Nice, smart, patient and logical thinking

Position 2: HR BPO – Intern (Shanghai)
Job Profile:
1.项目助理与资料、文件的管理
2.工资福利计算及相关报表的制作,社会福利的计算与缴纳
3.人力资源日常事务管理及实施
4.薪资系统的开发、测试与维护

Job Qualification:
1.大专以上学历,人力资源、计算机或信息管理相关专业,应届毕业生亦可
2.对数字有一定的敏感度,并具有较强的逻辑思维能力
3.良好的中文及英文沟通能力
4.工作认真仔细,有较高的工作责任心和团队合作精神
