Position Responsibilities
Control Group during production 控制组岗位在生产过程中的岗位责任
1. The premier task for Control Group is the products quality control, assigned into certain area within proper management span. To fulfil this responsibility, the position needs to 生产控制组的的首要任务是控制产品质量。其成员将被派往适合其管理跨度的管理区域。为此，成员必须履行如下职责:
a) Check the information obtained daily, before the beginning of daily production, ensuring they are in right and updated version, with Planning Group; 在每个生产工作日开始之前,与计划组成员核对有关生产信息，以确保其版本正确；
b) Daily check the environment, equipments and tools in right conditions as per pre-set manual, before the beginning and during the production; 每日在生产前和生产中检查工作环境、工具工装设备是否满足生产手册规定的条件。
c) Supervise the work to ensure all processes carried by the contractor or in house labour are according with pre-set production manual. The Control Group has right and responsibility to stop, instruct to correct and record any incorrect process. 监控工作过程，以确保所有操作人员在执行与生产手册一致的作业流程。生产控制组成员具有权力和责任制止、勒令纠正、记录任何非标准作业。
d) Inspect the results of work to ensure all of them are complying with the pre-set benchmark in production manual or with quality samples. Sign, fill and store the quality check records properly. 检查验收工作结果，以确保其符合生产手册规定的质量标准或质量样品。妥善填写、签署、保存质量记录。
2. In order to maintain the production in desirable order, the position is responsible for reporting in time (as pre-set frequency) to the Planning Group with production progress, abnormal situations, etc. 为了维持特定的生产次序，该岗位负责向计划组定时报告生产进度，即时报告生产异常。
3. The position is responsible for monitoring the productivity of the production, and collect some key records related to the productivities. 该岗位负责观察生产效率，做好与生产效率相关的记录。
Control Group prior to the production period: to be assigned into the group of production manual preparation, after training provided. 经过培训，控制组成员在生产之前将被指派生产手册的编写和翻译的任务。
Job requirements
基本要求：
 专业：工程类（专业成绩优异者优先)
 英语：六级（注重读写能力）
 工作时间：每周保证三天工作时间
优先选择：
 工业工程专业
 熟练掌握AUTOCAD制图
 在读工程类研究生
 能够建立和管理计算网络（小型MS带摄像功能办公网络环境）
 学习过质量管理/物流管理/项目管理等课程高分通过者

2011年 11月底--- 2011年12月中，培训结合编写生产手册。
2011年12月中--- 2012 年4月初，生产
本项目结束后，公司会根据雇员的工作表现以及专业技能酌情考核，合适的人选可进入公司其他项目组工作；
Position available:
计划岗位： 4 人
控制岗位：18 人
Working time
每周工作三天，每天工作10小时；
Daily wage
每天RMB200-300，公司实行双周薪制度（每两周发放一次薪水）；
Welfare benefit
提供班车、临时住宿以及餐费补贴；
在职期间，公司为其购买商业保险（包括工伤、医疗、意外）

REAL PROJECT
本项目为跨国项目----法国NEOBEIT学生公寓项目的子项目。该项目目标是采用先进的建筑方法----高度集成化的预制建筑模块（每单元包括卧室、厨房、浴室，所有家具及设配），在工程现场实现快速安装。所有的预制建筑模块在中国的协作工厂中完成加工，海运至法国进行工程安装。项目由法国房地产巨头AKERYS投资。
REAL POSITIONS
该项目已进入生产准备阶段。为此项目团队需要吸收新的成员，代表法方对生产加工进行全方位的监控和验收。与一般常见的实习机会不同的是，此项目中的所有岗位都有明确的岗位职责。为此，所有新项目成员都必须通过相应的培训和考核，方能上岗。
