Position Responsibilities
Planning Group during production 计划组岗位在生产期间岗位职责
1. The main task for planning group is to make, and adjust if necessary, the production daily plan (according to the main production plan prepared before production, and feedback information from actual production). The daily production plan covers following aspects:计划岗位的主要任务是制定、必要的调整每日工作计划（根据生产开始之前制定的生产主计划，和生产过程中的反馈信息）。日工作计划包括如下方面：
1) assembling plan, (on-line and off line); 安装计划（包括流水线安装及非流水线安装）
2) materials pre-fabrication plan; 材料预加工计划
3) Materials dispatching plan; 材料配送计划
4) container moving plan;集装箱移动计划
5) materials inventory and delivery plan;材料仓储及入库计划；
6) QC plan;质检计划
2. The Planning Group is also responsible for the QC function to ensure the accuracy of the materials to be ordered for dispatching; 计划组岗位同时须对等待配送的材料的准确性承担检验职责。
3. Despite of the planning for normal, the position, under instruction of the production manager, is the first responding point for abnormal. The reaction to deal with any abnormal will be issued by the production manager, based on that the planning group will produce and communicate the reaction plan to all necessary points, to ensure the reaction plan will be executed properly. 除了制定正常计划，该岗位在生产经理的指导下作为非正常响应的第一岗位。该岗位将根据生产经理的异常处理指令及时制定异常处理计划，并就异常处理计划与所有必要岗位沟通以确保其被正确执行。
4. The Planning Group is the communication centre during the production, through pre-set communication procedure with Control Group and other stakeholders. The position is responsible for right information to be delivered to right points at right time. During production, the Planning Group is also responsible to verify the efficiency of the existing communication procedure and has right to raise improvement suggestion if any. 计划组岗位在生产期间承担信息交换中心的角色，通过预设的沟通流程与控制组及其它项目攸关方保持信息的交换。该岗位对在正确的时间将正确的信息传递到正确的对象负责。在生产期间，该岗位还负责观察沟通体系的有效性并有权对沟通体系提出改进建议。
5. The Planning Group is the only point in charge of version management of all documents, drawings, and data, generated prior and during production, to ensure the production is executed based on updated information. 计划组岗位是唯一的，对在生产之前和生产之中所产生的文件、图纸、数据进行版本管理的责任方，以确保生产活动执行的是基于最近更新的信息。
Planning Group prior to the production period: to be assigned into the group of production manual preparation, after training provided. 经过培训，计划组成员在生产之前将被指派生产手册的编写和翻译的任务。
Job requirements
基本要求：
 专业：工程类（专业成绩优异者优先)
 英语：六级（注重读写能力）
 工作时间：每周保证三天工作时间
优先选择：
 工业工程专业
 熟练掌握AUTOCAD制图
 在读工程类研究生
 能够建立和管理计算网络（小型MS带摄像功能办公网络环境）
 学习过质量管理/物流管理/项目管理等课程高分通过者

2011年 11月底--- 2011年12月中，培训结合编写生产手册。
2011年12月中--- 2012 年4月初，生产
本项目结束后，公司会根据雇员的工作表现以及专业技能酌情考核，合适的人选可进入公司其他项目组工作；
Position available:
计划岗位： 4 人
控制岗位：18 人
Working time
每周工作三天，每天工作10小时；
Daily wage
每天RMB200-300，公司实行双周薪制度（每两周发放一次薪水）；
Welfare benefit
提供班车、临时住宿以及餐费补贴；
在职期间，公司为其购买商业保险（包括工伤、医疗、意外）

REAL PROJECT
本项目为跨国项目----法国NEOBEIT学生公寓项目的子项目。该项目目标是采用先进的建筑方法----高度集成化的预制建筑模块（每单元包括卧室、厨房、浴室，所有家具及设配），在工程现场实现快速安装。所有的预制建筑模块在中国的协作工厂中完成加工，海运至法国进行工程安装。项目由法国房地产巨头AKERYS投资。
REAL POSITIONS
该项目已进入生产准备阶段。为此项目团队需要吸收新的成员，代表法方对生产加工进行全方位的监控和验收。与一般常见的实习机会不同的是，此项目中的所有岗位都有明确的岗位职责。为此，所有新项目成员都必须通过相应的培训和考核，方能上岗。
