职位描述Job Description:
1. Answer the hot line for consumer complaint, pet care consultant and sales information. Ensure 100% reply to consumer complain when received with more than 98% accuracy of data input. Close simple case within 2 working days and difficult cases and big issues within 15 working days.
2. Involve in Nestle Petcare market development in specialty channel
3. Monthly complaint report, to AOA(Asian, Oceania and African) Zone, China Management Team, NPP Tianjin plant
4. Support marketing brand team to send promotion message to consumers with the system
职位要求Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, with related major of veterinarian medicine or animal nutrition and feed science, better to have one year related working experience
2. Fluent on both Chinese and English
3. Good at office software
