Sales assistant
Duties and Responsibilities
• Receives and approaches clients
• Continues to ask questions to ascertain customer needs
• Provides a branch specific customization if applicable
• Places an order for the client
• Receives complaints
• Receives goods
• Stores goods
• Replenishes permanent article presentations
• Erects temporary presentations
• Makes the cash point and system ready to use
• Informs the client regarding conclusion of the sale
Skills and Specifications
• Experience in a customer service role with face-to-face customer contact may also be beneficial.
