[B]Job Summary:[/B]
This staff is responsible to manage Mystery Shopper projects and in-store excellence projects run.
- To function as a liaison between Fieldwork Project Management Team and Vendors
- To monitor production efficiency and quality of data collection.
- Responsible for field work execution and vendor supervision
[B]Reporting to[/B]
Field Project Management Leader
 Ensure fieldwork is completed as per schedule and up to quality standard
 Checks study materials before study commences and passes them to the vendors
 Monitors the progress of study quotas, incidence and placement rates (from vendor fieldwork status reports)
[B]Typical Position Pre-requisites[/B]:
 BA / BS Required
 1 or above years experience on Mystery Shopper projects collection/project coordination
 Attention to detail
 Interpersonal skills and a team player
 Negotiating skills
 Good time management skills
 Good communication skills
 Good presentation skills
