[B]Executive, Sales / Service, Locations and Observations Practice[/B]
Location: Beijing City

[B]Job Summary[/B]

Lead the day-to-day administration, implementation, and delivery of locations and store observations projects, helping clients answer:
-    What locations offer the greatest opportunities and how to invest accordingly
-    How to market and execute effectively in those locations

Client Servicing
-    Maintain up-to-date client profiles and project records
-    Work with related departments internally to ensure effective project set up, management, and delivery
-    Support customized analysis and reporting requirements
-    Ensure services provided to clients meet project requirements in terms of content, timings, quality standards, and company service guidelines
-    Address client queries

Functional / Technical
-    Build client service, project management, and advisory skills
-    Establish knowledge of location intelligence, in store, and retail research technologies and methodologies
-    Perform data analysis to address business issues
-    Ensure standard operating procedures within area of responsibility are observed and conduct quality checks on deliverables to ensure accuracy
-    Recommend improvements in work processes within area of responsibility

[B]Position Pre-Requisites[/B]-    

BA / BS required (advanced quantitative degree desirable) 
-    Strong client focus and proactiveness
-    Analytical skills and understanding of statistical modeling and business intelligence
-    Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
-    English proficiency
