工作地点：北京

职位描述：

l   为学生答疑解惑，运用电话和邮件指导学生学习、按时完成作业及考试，为学员解  决学习过程中遇到的问题。

l   管理学员档案，包括学生档案、表格、往来邮件和相关资料的记录、归纳及整理。

l   管理教材。负责教材的预订、管理及发放，控制库存。

l   协助组织和安排CGA全球统考。包括统计考试人数，安排考场和教师，发送通知以及与考试有关的其他工作。

l   与合作院校老师和学生的联系，沟通并安排外教授课的时间和教室，联络考场和相  关活动。

l   接待外教，安排外教的行程，包括授课时间，交通以及住宿。

l   办公室或相关主管安排的其他工作。

职位要求：

l   具有团队合作精神和学习精神

l   工作踏实认真

l   较强的沟通协调能力

l   流利的英语表达能力

l   熟悉运用Office 软件

Position: Education Assistant

Location: Beijing

Main Duties：

l   Address educational concerns of CGA China students

l   Manage student profiles

l   Course material management

l   Arrange CGA exams

l   Communicate with CGA partner Universities in China

l   Canadian Lecturers arrangement in China

Qualifications：

l   Be able to work well both in a team and alone

l   Strong communication skills

l   Good in English writing, reading, speaking and listening skills

l   Excellent computer skill, such as Word, Excel and Powerpoint

l   Must have a strong spirit for learning
