Job Responsibilities:
    -In alignment with HQ technical consulting to all functions of China team to support product development, customer complaints on quality.
    -Involving in fundamental research projects:
    -Technical seminar for customer symposium
    -Training to internal colleagues to improve technical competence
    -Perform benchmarking projects according the requirements of Application Engineering
    -Support and take initiatives on Fit for Quality
   
    Qualification Requirements:
    -Master Degree with relevant business experience, or Doctorate degree with senior title in China universities
    -Very good knowledge on mechanical design theory, optimization design theory, system dynamics, tribological theory, contact mechanics, and rolling bearing lubrication
    -Familiar with aided software on mechanical products designing; familiar with CAE simulation technology.
    -Experience in rolling bearing designing, dynamics analysis or research on tribology of bearing system.
    -Capable of selecting scientific research topic independently, organizing or leading a team for technological breakthrough or prospective technological development
    -Capable of conducting fundamental research projects independently
    -Good knowledge in English
    -MS Office
