Job Responsibilities:
    -In alignment with HQ technical consulting to all functions of China team to support product development, customer complaints on quality.
    -Involving in fundamental research projects:
    -Technical seminar for customer symposium
    -Training to internal colleagues to improve technical competence
    -Perform benchmarking projects according the requirements of Application Engineering
    -Support and take initiatives on Fit for Quality
   
    Qualification Requirements:
    -Bachelor/ Master in material science (physical & chemical) metals & plastics, chemistry, tribology
    -Good understanding of interference between materials (tribosystems) under thermal/ mechanical load conditions
    -Good understanding of wear and friction mechanism
    -Familiar with all general material analysis methods & equipments
    -Familiar with environmental conditions
    -Good practical & operational skills
    -Good knowledge in English
