Job Responsibilities:
    -In alignment with HQ technical consulting to all functions of China team to support product development, customer complaints on quality.
    -Involving in fundamental research projects:
    -Technical seminar for customer symposium
    -Training to internal colleagues to improve technical competence
    -Perform benchmarking projects according the requirements of Application Engineering
    -Support and take initiatives on Fit for Quality
   
    Qualification Requirements:
    -Master Degree with relevant business experience or Doctorate degree with senior title in China universities
    -Random vibration theory
    -Structure vibration test and data analysis
    -Systematic diagnosis of structure noise and prevention
    -Noise-optimized bearing design and production process control
    -Acoustics and vibration standards (ISO, DIN etc. )
    -Bearing status monitoring technique - field application
    -Good knowledge in English & MS Office.
    -Capable of conducting fundamental research projects independently
