MARKETING SUPPORT EXECUTIVE

(销售市场支持专员)

 

JOB PURPOSE/PRIMARYOBJECTIVE

The main purpose of this role will be:

The role of the Marketing Support candidate is to work with the Managing Director:

 

·         Promoting the company’s services includes designing basic flyers and brochures,

·         To deliver effective and successful marketing plans and strategies in line with business objectives and KPIs

·         Manage marketing and sales database,

·         Market analysis,

·         Provide marketing information of market segments for sales

·         Marketing research for the requirements of the departments

·         Writing a marketing plan for each of the department

·         Maintaining customer relationship management (CRM) databases

·         Efficiently and effectively carry out all aspects of general marketing administration

·         Liaise with external suppliers where necessary

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

The employee in this role is accountable for:

·         The design and writing of a short and long-term marketing plan and strategy to increase the sales of the sales team

·         Creation of a set of company capability presentations for sales teams

·         Website - increase visitors by optimising product pages

·         To design and manage the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters and flyers. This can involve writing and proofreading copy, and liaising with designers (only if required) and printers

·         Maintaining a comprehensive sales/customer database. Ensure the effective management of the database

·         Research market potentials for the sales team and to provide the leads for cold calls

·         Be organised and timely in meeting deadlines

·         Responsible for working to agreed marketing budgets and deadlines

·         Ensure all marketing communications are delivered in time and on budget

·         Ensure marketing KPIs and revenue targets are met

·         To arrange for the effective distribution of marketing materials

·         To maintain, build and update mailing databases

·         To monitor competitor activity

 

 

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

The essential skills/experience required for this role is:

Has marketing knowledge and knows how to write a marketing plan

Educated to degree level or equivalent professional experience

 

·         Articulate with a good eye for detail and proofing skills

·         Excellent communication and organisation skills essential

·         Ability to work on own initiative

·         Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Access

·         Experience of updating websites via a content management system

·         Basic leaflet design and Photoshop (Intermediate skills)

·         Excellent writing, interpersonal and oral communications skills

·         Must know how to navigate within an organization and interact with multiple departments and personalities

·         Project management, analytical and organization skills

·         Be technology savvy

·         Online marketing and web knowledge

·         Working with and managing databases

·         Marketing or related qualification

·         Market research experience

·         Excellent attention to detail

·         Ability to prioritise efficiently and effectively whilst working to deadlines and targets

 

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Qualifications/Desirable Qualifications:

·         A degree or equivalent in marketing, communications studies, advertising, business administration or a similar discipline

·         Marketing or related design
