1.      Engineer – Aviation Systems Structure Design

Location: Shanghai

Responsibilities:

·         Aviation mechanical system structure design cross a range of programs from new designs to sustaining engineering of products in service. (航空机械系统结构设计, 涉及从新设计项目到在服务的一系列项目)

·         Executes the aviation structural design work with assigned projects using sound engineering principles and adhering to business standards, practices, procedures, and product/program requirements. (使用合适的工程准则进行航空结构件设计,设计应遵循行业标准,设计准则,设计流程以及项目需求)

·         Documents technical data generated by the assigned project consistent with engineering policies and procedures.(按照工程准则和流程来记录数据)

Requirements:

·         Majored in Mechanical or Mechanics, Master degree or above (机械或力学相关专业硕士及以上学历)

·         Familiar with 3D modeling software, prefer CATIA(精通并熟练应用3维制图软件)

·         Be familiar with FEA software, PATRAN and NASTRAN preferred.(精通并熟练应用有限元分析软件PATRAN NASTRAN)

·         Strong mechanics knowledge, could conduct conventional/hand calculation for given mechanics problem (有扎实的力学理论基础,能对给定力学结构进行简化计算)

3.Engineer - Engine Component Product

Location: Shanghai

Opening number: 6

Role Summary/Purpose

Using sound engineering knowledge and expertise closely work with global designer, supply chain and manufacture plant, provide a complete and sustained engineering onsite support to manufacturing.

Responsibilities

·         Provide engineering requirements consulting and interpretation;

·         Conduct risk assessment and/or capability assessment for new source;

·         Review manufacturing processes for new sourced parts, review process changes, to evaluate the impact to engineering requirements;

·         Support manufacture issue investigation and solutions workout, drive tech issue resolution in new sourced part project and routine production; evaluate, develop and follow-up solutions for manufacturing and design-related problems.

·         Initiate and drive design for manufacture projects for drawing correction, leveraging best practice for engineering definition and manufacturing productivity.

·         Act as Engineering representative to evaluate non-conformances, work across functions to facilitate/provide timely disposition to non-conforming material and parts, support corrective steps for non-conformances.

·         Lead initiatives to increase process capability, improve first time yield and reduce non-conformances and production costs. Lead initiatives that increase process capability and design robustness.

·         Provide timely review and closure on key production-related Vendor Substantiation Engineering (VSE), repair definitions, and technical requirements.

·         Gather technical information/data and using engineering tools and methods to provide analytically substantiation for disposition of non-conformance and/or engineering change proposals.

·         Promptly communicate tech issue and track closure.

·         Identify chance and implement improvements for engineering support to manufacture.

Requirements:

·         M.S or above in mechanical engineering or aircraft / turbine engine.

·         Design experience in component design of aircraft engine or turbine machine, working knowledge and experience on manufacturing support.

·         Proactively and energetically interact in cross-function team environment, open minded.

·         Prioritize and manage multiple tasks while remaining detail oriented

·         Demonstrated strong analytical and problem solving skills.

·         Accurate and professionally documentation, able to make clear and concise technical report.

·         Excellent communication skills in Mandarin and English, ability to communicate, share ideas, discussion, written and oral, in a professional manner.

·         Continuous passion, curiosity in technical, willing to and rapidly learning.

Desired Requirements:

·         Six Sigma Training (GB).

·         Proficient using Ansys, US or MasterCAM software

·         Aircraft engine components design/analysis expertise with in-depth understanding and achievements in design for manufacturing process and practice.
