KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES：

1. Strict adherence to safe work practice.

2. Conduct the research and development of products, technologies and solution which are of superior performance, customer oriented, cost efficient and in accordance with the business and EHS guidelines.

3. Develop self research competencies.

4. Assist to scale up and plant introduction of new R&T products.

5. Planning, designing and execute synthetic and formulation routes.

6. Communicate & report internally research results and project progress in English.

KEY REQUIREMENTS：

1. Education: PhD or MSc in chemistry

2. Experiences: Fresh graduate or one year chemical lab experience. Excellent knowledge in chemical synthesis. Knowledge in textile chemicals and textile application.

3. Know-how/skills:

- Good chemical expertise and working skill;

- Good knowledge in most common computer/software application like Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Lotus Notes;

- Good English skills, oral and writing;
