Receptionist – Shanghai Office

We provide specific recruitment services based on our clients’ needs, including project recruitment, RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing), mid-level recruitment and consulting services.
Now we are looking for a Receptionist position for our Shanghai office.
Key responsibilities of the role
· Answer telephones, screen and direct calls. Take and relay messages.
· Receipt visitors including clients, candidates and direct them to correct destination according to meeting room booking.
· Office daily facility maintaining such as stationary ordering, water ordering, courier arrangement, name card ordering and etc.
· Updating internal record, such as contact list, annual leave record and etc.
· Filing documents and doing candidate report when necessary.
· Assisting to HR manager and other personal assistant.
Requirements
· Diploma or above degree. English major is preferred.
· Good command of English both spoken and written.
· Good communication skills and team player.
· Cheerful and open personality.
· Professional approach.
· Well organized and systematic thinking.
· Attention to details and multi-tasking.
