Assistant Intern + Name   Overview:   Directly reporting to the Marketing Senior Manager, Strategic Industries Marketing team, the individual will play a key role implementing the company's vision and marketing strategy for Alcatel-Lucent's Strategic Industries business in the APAC region.  The role requires a high energetic individual who excels at working with cross function teams across organizational and country boundaries to support the APAC Head of Strategic Industries Sales and sales leaders for North Asia, South East Asia, India and Australia/New Zealand as well as APAC solution team of Strategic Industries.  This position is considered part of the APAC SI Marketing team.   Key Responsibilities:
Solutions marketing - Solutions value proposition  

• Develops marketing content for Alcatel-Lucent value proposition demonstrating the strength of Alcatel-Lucent offerings to solve key business challenges and to tackle new opportunities of our customers.
• Supports the development of related collaterals (solution brochures, white papers, and business cases), customer references, web content etc.
• Supports internal training activities and knowledge management tools, to the sales and SID teams.

  Operational marketing  

• Supports consistent and integrated campaigns and materials in accordance with corporate guidelines, marketing and sales priorities including must win opportunities
• Coordinates the web editorial strategy and provide content for the internet, intranet and eMarketing activities
• Collaborates with SIDs to support the execution of deliverables such as advertizing, templates, collaterals,... and activities such as press release and analyst relations
• Coordinate with external suppliers for creative services when needed
• Opens and manages EZ Visit requests for all marketing events
• Supports sales training administrative tasks if necessary. 

  Qualifications:  

• Undergraduate student who can ensure 6 ~ 12 months internship, with international background/experience preferred
• Demonstrated experience as a persuasive and persistent advocate for customer needs
• Excellent cross functional communication skills - strong team player
• Excellent skills in MS Office, Photoshop skills preferred
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Chinese.
