General Description of Duties and Responsibilities:
In line with the Customer Relations and quality of service policy he/she: - enforces the Company's Customer Relations policy - deals with local customers' claims - creates the win-win interest for both company and clients.
Job Description:
- Contribute to customer satisfaction and loyalty - Prompt re-purchase - Secure the Company's economic interest - Contribute to feeding and securing the Individual referential and the follow-up of commercial incidents system (FIDELIO) - Keep track of received E-mails, fax and phone calls - Investigate into the departments concerned by the claims - Reply to customers via the Customer Relations information system in compliance with the service standards
Requirements:
- University Degree. - Excellent customer service orientation. - Good communication skills. - Patient, hard-working, able to work under pressure. - Be computer literate. - Experience in servicing / travel industry/ foreign airline is a plus. - Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. French is a plus.
