Job Description
-Assist team leader to achieve FIT sales revenue target by exploring the business opportunity actively and capturing the sales leads through outdoor sales call;
-Develop and improve channel management by visiting/serving agents in Shanghai & catchment areas and monitoring agency sales performance;
-Focus on key OD revenue increment and market segment development by collecting market information and assisting sales planning team in fare proposal;
-Assist team leader in the organization of sales related functions, such as trade shows, sales events, agency seminar/workshop/training/dinner, etc.
General Requirements
-University Degree, Business or related disciplines preferred
-Strong interpersonal skills and be initiative
-Can work independently. Willing to face challenge and work under pressure
-Strong sense of responsibility
-Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin
-Good PC knowledge in MS office preferred
