     Bosch (Zhuhai) Security System Co. Ltd is one of the largest manufacturing bases in the world; it mainly produces securities, communication and other products to China and other countries of the world. In 2003, Company started its investment in Zhuhai with registered capital of USD21 million, ZhuP originated from Detection Systems, Inc; in 2008, the new factory was build, with the land of 150,000 square meters including 45,000 square meters' workshop; up to end of 2009, company has 1300 employee and over 1 billion RMB production turnover.

    The outstanding R & D team is the insurance of creative products and high quality, Bosch Zhuhai has over 100 R&D team members, they are mainly in charge of R&D task in related to Intrusion, Fire,CCTV and Communication systems, their work also covers functional test and system test.

 

Job Description:

1. Handle daily IT support tickets;

2. Provide 1st level onsite user support for all IT related issues;

3. Install and maintain Desktop / Laptop computer;

4. Coordinate with supplier for PPP printer support;

5. Work with CI/FSR8-CN team for other adhoc CI tasks.

Professional Requirements:

1. Experience knowledge on Windows 7/XP, Office 2003/2007 and TCP/IP network environment;

2. University or above in IT or engineering related field;

3. Advanced software problem solving skills under Windows platform is a plus;

4. Basic knowledge of ITIL is a plus;

5. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment;

6. Ability to deliver service on time under stress;

7. Initiative, open-minded, effectively communicate with IT users are highly preferred.

8. Practiced oral and written English.

 

工资及福利：

1、5天8小时制；

2、本科生工资为1200元每月（税后）；硕士生为3000月每月（税后）；

3、包食住，住：2人一间房(每房都配有洗手间、冲凉房)，食：每日餐费标准为21元（早餐：面包、牛奶、粉、粥、鸡蛋、油饼均可自由选择，中餐及晚餐：4菜1汤，1份水果）；

4、公司体系先进、完善，可以给实习生提供一个广阔的平台学习，并帮助实习生技术上的提升；

5、公司不定期组织旅游、娱乐活动，节日发放礼品或糖果给员工。
