招聘职位：工艺优化工程师 Process Optimization Engineer
所属部门: 生产部 Production
招聘人数/专业: 工业工程专业2人 制冷专业 2人 机械专业2人
学历要求: 本科
具体要求Qualification:
1) Fresh Graduate preferred. Bachelor equivalent or above, major in Industrial Engineering/refrigeration/ Mechanical;
2) Strong ability to solve technical problems; know well fixtures, cutting tools, programming; know well FANUC CNC system;
3) Skilled with Microsoft based software and Auto CAD;
4) Good reading or writing ability in English; Fluent English is preferred..
5) Good communication skill.
岗位职责Responsibility:
1) Define measures to improve work efficiency (e.g. layout, fixture, production workflow…) Optimize the process flow continually to improve the productivity;
2) Lead work efficiency improvement projects; lead lean improvement projects
3) Analyze cost saving potentials and lead cost down projects
4) Discover technical and quality’s problems in time and rightly solve; Solve technical problems on site;
5) Select fixtures、cutting tools and attachments for new products; make cutting programs and processes for new products ;
6) Analyze scrap parts find out root reason and improve the process.
