We're looking for Researcher or Research Intern(1 person)
Mission Asia & Partners is the industry focused executive search firm, invested and founded by Industry Funds who has long term commitments for Service Headhunting industry.
As a recruitment business, we have dedicated teams delivering solutions to industries including Industrial, Luxury & Retail, Nutritionals, Ingredients, Healthcare, Construction & Properties etc. Our search consultants are backed up by research capabilities, technological support, and experts in important areas such as identification, assessment and influence skills.
Due to fast growing, we're looking for Research Intern who will be:
l Join the industry leading training program to lean the latest search methodologies and professional search skills;
l Help the consultant identify the candidates by different ways;
l Conduct cold calls, referral calls, email and social media search channels to touch the active and passive candidates to introduce to them the assignments we're handling;
l Update our system;
l Other tasks assigned by consultants.
Qualifications and requirements:
l Bachelors' or Associate degrees with dedication on HR industry;
l English required;
l Hard-working, eager to learn, can work under pressure;
l Good attitudes on work;
l A honest person.

职责与使命：
l 参与公司的培训项目，能学习行业的知识与技巧。
l 协助顾问能从各种不同的渠道寻找候选人。
l 从陌生电话，介绍，网络渠道，社交渠道等方式，来接触市场里的被动候选人。
l 更新数据库。
l 顾问交代的其他工作。
经验与要求：
l 本科或大专学历学习者，对人力资源或猎头行业有热情。
l 有较强的学历能力，愿意从零开始学习新知识，新工作技能。
l 勤奋工作，善于学习，能适应有一定压力的工作。
l 工作态度良好，成熟。
l 为人诚实。
