职位描述

This position will allow the intern to have full visibility of Juniper component pricing control model and gain knowledge of end to end supply chain control. Position will require ability to effectively communicate with multiple organizations within Juniper as well as Juniper’s external partners and supply base.  This position requires solid background in systems and analytics as well as interpersonal and team skills, conflict resolution, problem solving and decision making skills.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

•  Train GCM on Agile PCM tool, 1X1 support (if needed) during the quarterly PCM cycle.
•  Train Supplier on Agile RFQ importing tool.
•  Serve as a super-user for Agile:

-QSP/RFQ creating and importing

-Run QPR in Agile and publish internally (use Macro/collect emails then manually update QPR if necessary)

-Price line publishing, deleting and modifying, during-quarter pricing uploading

-Collecting CMPP from CEM, Validation with the team and Uploading

- Collecting monthly demand file from CEM and SCVO, upload demand into Agile after comparing and correction.

• Generate Requested Purchasing Reporting
• Support to resolve price discrepancies with EMS and suppliers
• Various cross functional data mining and analysis

 

Qualifications

• At least 3 days/week full time in Juniper Shanghai Office, intern duration at least 6 months
• Working on Bachelors Degree in Business, Cost Accounting Finance or equivalent
• Must have excellent English and Chinese communication skills, both verbal and written
• Flexible on working hours, can accommodate to global time zones
• Experience working within a global outsourced manufacturing model
• Strong Excel skills/background
• Ability to work independently
• Quick to learn, ability to organize information with required logic
• Experience with SAP and Agile’s PCM a plus
