Job Responsibility;
1. Assist merchandiser to follow up orders, contact with the suppliers;
2. Handle the daily tasks;
3. Coordinate the communication among other departments;
4. Keep documents on file;
5. Other tasks assigned by Office Manager.
Knowledge and skills:
1.Good English communication skills;
2.Familiar with MS-Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint);
3.Keen observation, analysis and coordination ability;
4.Honest and strictly complying with professional ethics;
