1. 正规全日制本科或以上学历的上海在校大学生
Full-time undergraduate student with bachelor degree or above in Shanghai
2. 英文流利
Fluent English in speaking and writing
3. 能够协助团队处理各类行政工作
Assist the team to deal with all kinds of administrative work
4. 熟练操作办公室应用软件
Familiar with Microsoft office application software
5. 协助团队处理签证申请，出具邀请函等国际派遣相关文书工作
Assist the team to deal with the visa application, issuing the invitation letter and all international delegation related paperwork
6. 沟通能力强，有团队合作精神
Good communication skills and teamwork spirit
7. 每周至少保证出勤2-3天，实习期至少保证半年
Ensure an internship at least 6 months with the attendance at least 2-3 days per week
