招聘要求
JOB TITLE：Lab Technician Reports To：Regional Product Engineering Manager
MAJOR PURPOSE
Provides administration and first level technical support to Product Engineering Manager and Engineering Department. Executes procedures and processes to ensure business and departmental objectives are met.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
1)Provides assistance in executing test plan and perform the product evaluation, support engineers to setup test conditions and relative prepare works, report any test issue and result in time
2)Manages and documents engineering samples, routine maintain test equipments, schedule lab resources to ensure lab are in good condition
3)Provides document review, storage, updates, and execution assistance supporting product evaluation.
4)Works with suppliers to obtain product test data and reports
5)Modifies quality assurance and technical specifications as instructed by Engineers.
6)Receives and manages production samples from suppliers
7)Ensures organization and cleanliness of lab.
REQUIREMENTS
1)College diploma or University graduate with major in engineering, have lab working experiences will be a plus.
2)Comprehensive technical English reading and writing skills are required. Be able to understand international standard
3)Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access & Create charts ,graphs and presentations
4)Strong communication skills, willingness to work in a team environment and a keen sense of urgency in completing tasks.
5)Accountable, prudent reliable, proven attention to detail and accuracy
6)Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize and meet deadlines. Ability to work independently and with a team. Well organized, objective, decisive, assertive, and flexible.
IMPACT ON THE ORGANIZATION
Assists the GGS Engineering team in providing products and services that meet and exceed customer expectations. Information given to management team may be used as a basis for decisions.

Reports to the Regional Product Engineering Manager
