LSI Corporation has exciting positions for new college graduates and internships for students looking to make a difference in areas such as flash storage, cloud computing, Big Data and mobile networking. You will be at the forefront of some of the most important trends in datacenters, mobile networks and client computing. LSI China 2014 Intern Program offers numerous opportunities to develop and expand your career. Are you ready to rock?

The target is to hire students during their 2nd year of postgraduate or 4th year of bachelor for at least 6 months of internship assignment. Manage and engage interns so they become a qualified future employee of LSI. Exemplary performers will be converted to regular employees for LSI 2015 NCG Hiring program.

ASIC Customer Design Engineer    
recruiting numbers：10 

Job Description 
Candidates should have basic understanding about ASIC design flow and solid VLSI background. Candidates with experience in any one of following knowledge are a plus: 

RTL Analysis/Synthesis/STA: An ideal candidate having some background or skills for the front-end of design implementation which includes RTL Analysis, Synthesis Strategies, and STA setup for complex ASIC environments and strategies for power management. 
OR 
Physical Design Implementation: An ideal candidate having some background in either the Physical Design which includes floor planning, design closure, STA, and DRC & LVS skills. 
OR 
DFT: An ideal candidate having some background in DFT (Design for Test) which would include scan/TDF, TestKompress, Memory Bist and Bisr, and JTAG. 
Strong communications and problem solving skills are important to this position.
Candidates with internship experience are a plus. 

Requirements/Qualifications (Education) 
- Majored in Electronic engineering or Micro-Electronics related 
- Senior students in BS (must) or MS/PhD (preferred) & will graduate in 2015 
- High potential measured by 
Smart and strong self-learning ability
Good English 
Self-motivated with proactive attitude 
Team work 
Good Communication skill 
Be capable of working under pressure 

Can work at least 3-4 days per week (5 days are perfect), can work continually for 6 months.
