Job Responsibilities:
l Source the potential candidates for certain customer assignments, using different approaches such as Internal Database, Recruitment websites, and Cold Calls;
l Contact the potential candidates to arrange the telephone interviews, face to face interviews, and customer interviews for Recruitment Consultant;
l Modify the initial CV of potential candidates and complete the Recommendation. Reports to company customers as Business Consultant requires;
l Summarize the progress, consolidate the candidates'' information, improve the Internal Database, and make the Efficiency Analysis after closed an assignment;
l Help the Business Consultant to finish other related tasks and handle junior cases with the help of Recruitment Consultant if capable and necessary;
l Keep on learning executive search expertise, improving personal work capabilities, and creating more values to customer satisfaction and company P&L.
Key Qualifications:
l Bachelor Degree or above, majored in HR, English, or Science and Technology;
l Commitment of developing future career in HR Management;
l Positive thinking with good inter-personal communication skills;
l Self motivated, aggressive, and could perform under great pressure;
l Good command of English and Computer, willing to learn and grow.
