Job Responsibilities：
1. Act as subject matter expert for assigned processes and applications
2. Lead the analysis, requirement development, design, documentation, implementation, and maintenance of large/complex IT solutions for finance business processes
3. Partner with functional teams to understand requirements and convert into system solutions leveraging GE global footprint
4. Work as a business partner with client leaders and users to evaluate/improve business processes and arrive at mutual, cost effective solutions for business processes
4. Participate in the preparation of long-range systems plans and assure that they are in concert with business objectives and goals
Requirements：
1.Bachelor Degree or above preferred
2.Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to interface and influence at all levels in the organization
3.Analytic, creative and business focused problem solver
4.Ability to multi-task and handle intensive workload within given tight timelines
5.Evaluates decisions through the eyes of the functional user, builds strong relationships and creates processes with functional user's viewpoint
6.Possess excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently
7.Strong understanding of project management methodologies
