Job Responsibilities：
1.Credit Control
-review credit limits/ usage and regularly provide tracker to business leader
-analyze credit usage fluctuation and raise up issues/concerns promptly
2.Dealer Commission review: follow GE policy to conduct dealer commission review and approval
3.KYC review: follow GE policy to conduct KYC review and approve on new customers
4.Data Collection and Analysis
-Quarterly collect sell-in product sales/delivery information
-Maintain tracker and data analysis for goods return / dealer inventory check / IIT / sales reversal
-Assistant manager on testing/ control related to PA / aged pending installation/IB validation
-Complete tasks assigned by direct manager ad hoc.
5.Preparation of periodical financial dashboard
-Weekly orders & sales for both Go blue and SAM/PLA
-Bi-weekly base cost by region teams
6.Preparation of the quarter end manual journal entries
-Base cost accruals
-Cost center re-class
7.Assist FP&A analyst with budget control
-Keep track of program progress to ensure program cost under OP
-Proactively contact sales and operation teams to understand reimbursement status
Requirements：
1.Master or above preferred
2.Strong communication and coordination skills, able to coordinate with cross function and obtain data/information promptly and strong skill on excel data handling
3.Details driven, able to deep dive on data analysis, root causes and come up with action plan
4.Self-motivated and proactive working attitude
5.Quick learner, can work under pressure
6.Flexible, team player
