Job Description

Position: Executive Searcher

Function:：Searching

Report to： Leading Consultant

Location: Guangzhou, P.R.China

Responsibilities:

l 
Analyze the clients need and position specifications with the project team together, set and review action plan for searching projects

l 
Fully utilize and develop resources to search potential candidates. Do industry intelligence analysis to identify right targets in the area of new and uncertain

l 
Expand and develop searching channels, continuously improve the searching efficiency and talent pool

l 
Keep track of the project process and provide advisory to the execution, seek for better method in continuous improvement

l 
Support the project manager in client and candidate communication, and follow up interview process

l 
Prepare documents and proposals, maintain data accuracy in compliance with data management standard

l 
Support ad-hoc issues

Requirements:

l 
University degree

l 
One year working experience. Has sales or commercial related experience is preferred. Fresh graduate is welcome. 

l 
Good command of English both in speaking and writing.

l 
Good operation of MS, such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word.

l 
Good communication skills and team-work spirit.

l
