Today, Citi’s China franchise includes: Citibank (China) Co., Ltd., Citigroup Software Technology and Services (China) Limited, four lending companies under the banner of "Citi Credit". Citi also owns a 20% stake in China Guangfa Bank.
In April 2007, Citi was among the first international banks to locally incorporate in China. Citi's locally incorporated entity is known as Citibank (China) Co., Ltd. (“CCCL”), which is wholly owned by Citibank N.A.. Today Citi is a leading international bank in China, with thirteen corporate bank branches (Beijing, Changsha, Chengdu, Chongqing, Dalian, Guangzhou, Guiyang, Hangzhou, Nanjing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Tianjin, Wuxi) and fifty one consumer bank outlets.

General Requirements
1. Due to graduate and successfully pass a Masters Degree in year 2015
2. Less than 2 years full time working experience
3. Strong academic performance in both undergraduate and postgraduate studies; winner of scholarships and prizes for various kinds of competitions preferred
4. Leadership experience in student associations, social organizations or important social events
5. Proficient in both Mandarin and English
6. Keen interest in pursuing career in HR functions in financial services industry in China
7. Major in Human Resources Management, Psychology or other related subjects is preferred
