职位描述:
Collect analyses and studies to support management in developing and administering effective compensation and benefits programs in accordance with the organization's reward strategy.
Responsibilities:
C&B information collection, consolidation and analysis across business units and across all Asia Pacific countries
Total compensation analysis for business units in all Asia pacific countries
Support C&B projects within Asia region
Other tasks assigned by supervisors

Requirements:
Postgraduate student in HR, Business management or equivalent, graduate in 2016/2017
Fluent English in written and conversation
Strong analytical thinking skills
Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem solving environment
Enthusiastic and driven professionals
Demonstrate leadership capability
Good communication and coordination skill
Be accountable and team work
Skilled with MS office EXCEL and PPT
Can work 3 days per week, full time in summer and winter is preferred
Can work around 1 year
