HR Manager      Direct report: General Manager

Job description: Responsibilities include human resources and administrative management works relating to employee policies, relations and development, regulatory and legal compliance, recruiting and retention, training, and compensation and benefits. 

Requirements:

1.    Bachelor's degree in human resource or related field  

2.    Five or more years HR management experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment

3.    Supervisory experience required

4.    Proficiency in human resources laws and ethics

5.    Excellent communication skills at all levels of the organization

7.    Experience with a foreign-owned company preferable

Welding Supervisor                  Direct report: Fabrication Manager

Job description: Responsibilities include welding management works relating to Cimtas Ningbo’s welding policies, processes, improvement, training and safety. Managing a team of welding engineers, inspector and technicians in a Lean Production environment.  

Requirements:

1.    Bachelor's degree in Metal material, welding or Mechanical Engineering

2.    Five or more year’s welding-related experience in a fabricating environment, preferably pipe spools fabrication

3.    Supervisory experience required

4.    Proficiency in welding technologies

5.    Excellent communication skills at all levels of the organization

6.    Oral and written command of English

7.    Experience with a foreign-owned company preferable

Job description: Develop, implement and review a full supplier quality management system suitable to meet the needs of CNBO. Need to visit supplier from time to time to control supplier quality.

Requirements:

1.    Metallurgy, Material and machinery engineering bachelor degree;

2.    5 years’ experience in an industrial manufacturing and quality role, pipe industry will be preferred;

3. Knowledge of QC inspection procedures and methods.

4.    Good communication and presentation skills (both in Chinese and English). Able to travel including overnight.

5.    Good at operating MS Excel, Word, PPT;

供应商质量工程师                 汇报对象：总经理

工作要求：开发，实施，复审所有供应商质量管理体系，已满足庆达西需要。随时拜访供应商以确保供应商质量。

岗位要求:

1.   冶金或材料工程相关专业本科毕业；

2.   五年相关工作经验，熟悉焊接和材料加工流程；

3.   具有质量检测规程和生产方面的知识；

Job description: To apply &manage lean production requirements and tools. Assist supervisor to carry out 5S, Kaizen, Quality at Source and ect activity in Cimtas(Ningbo).

Requirements:

1.    Majored in industrial or Mechanical Engineering bachelor Degree;

2.    2014 graduated student is accepted; more than 1 year experience will be better;

3. Excellent skill for 2D AUTOCAD, word, Excel, Power Point.

精益工程师                 汇报对象：精益主管

工作要求：推行管理精益生产工具。协助主管在公司内部开展5S，改善，质量源等活动。

岗位要求:

       1.   工业工程、机械、金属本科毕业；

       2.   2014年应届毕业生可考虑，1年以上重工业工作经验，管道行业优先考虑；

       3.   办公软件熟练（2D CAD, word, excel, PPT）；

Maintenance Engineer                 Direct report: Fabrication Manager

Job description: Establish and be fully responsible for the equipment maintenance system of Cimtas(Ningbo). Carry out Lean activity with related department.

Requirements:

1.    college degree in Electrical or Mechanical;

2.    At least 3 years experience with electric-electronic and mechanical machine maintenance, know equipment maintenance process and standard.

3. Average level written and spoken English; working experience in foreign company is preferred.

4. Familiar with software of MS Office and ERP system. Know lean production will be preferred

维修工程师                 汇报对象：生产经理

工作要求：在公司内部建立、完善机器设备保养维修流程和系统。与相关部门协作共同开展精益活动。

岗位要求:

      1，机电或机械工程专业本科毕业；

      3，在机电和机械维护方面至少拥有三年工作经验，熟悉设备维护的过程和标准；

      4，能够进行书面、口语英语交流，有外企工作经验者优先考虑；

Job description: Working with related departments, ensuring the continuity and optimization of production in Pre-fabrication department in line with customer requirements and CNBO strategy and key business targets.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering and etc;

2. above 2 years working experience in machinery industry

3. Familiar with kinds of machine (cutting, grind, lathe, beveling, bending and etc)

4. Good communication skill (Chinese and English)

生产工程师                 汇报对象：生产经理

工作要求：与相关部门工作协作，确保生产的持续性和优化性，同时确保生产产品与客户要求以及公司战略和核心业务目标相一致。

岗位要求:

1．大专及以上学历，机械、材料、焊接冶金等相关专业毕业；
2．2年以上重工业行业工作经验；
3．了解钢构预生产流程（车床，弯管，切割）；
4．能够进行流利的书面和口头英语交流； 
5．能够熟练进行办公和制图软件操作，像AUTO CAD, Word, Excel, Power Point等。

 Expeditor                    Report to: Procurement supervisor

Job description: Responsible for expediting multiple project purchase orders. Responsible for visiting suppliers and source some urgent items which needed in a daily requirement.

Requirements:

1. College degree

2. Intermediate English level.  Driving License 

3. Average written and verbal communication skills

4. Familiar with software of MS Office and ERP system.

采购员（跟单）                汇报对象：采购经理

工作要求：负责跟进多个项目的采购订单。定期走访供应商并能采购日常紧急所需物品。

岗位要求:

      1.  大专及以上学历；

      2.  能用英语进行简单沟通，有驾照；
