Lead the hardware development
including schematic design, PCB layout support, design analysis, test
and OEM support for control unit, low voltage circuit, logic circuit,
signal conditioning circuit and sensor which used in electric/hybrid
vehicle.
What are my responsibilities?
| Overall responsible for specification and realization of control unit hardware development which applies to both vehicle and motor control | |||||||||||||
| Hardware and basic firmware development based on 32 bits MCU/DSP. | |||||||||||||
| Analog and digital circuit development for high/low voltage, high/low current, rotational position, speed and temprature conditioning and sampling, CAN/LIN communication, vehicle control interface and so on | |||||||||||||
| SMPS and Linearity power supply development for control unit | |||||||||||||
| High speed circuit development | |||||||||||||
| Digital logic development and FPGA coding, simulation and verification for motor control, digital signals treatment and serial/paralle bus communication | |||||||||||||
| Circuit simulation, WCA and function analysis, reliability analysis and calcutation | |||||||||||||
| PCB layout instruction | |||||||||||||
| Documentation of develoment (e.g. Schemtatic, PCB, DFMEA, FTA, WCA...) |
What do I need to qualify for this job?
Master
degree or above in Electronic engineering, specialty in motor control
engineering
Overall Network skill, teamworking/communication skills
Communication
Experience with foreigners specially with German is a plus
