The position will be Responsible for power stage architecture design and lead the team to complete the whole powerstage design, cooperates the thermal analysis, EMC evaluation , Power supply design, main circult and gate driver design, also responsible for the development of key component cooperation (e.g.Power inductor,DC-link Capacitor),HV device(DCDC converter)
What are my responsibilities?
1)Responsible for power stage / power board design, development of
powerelectronic subsystem ,focus on Switching Mode Power Supply
design,IGBT application and Gate Driver design .
2)Responsible for power components derating,thermal analysis and EMC evaluation of the power stage development,
3)Responsible for power components hardware verification test / Validation test
4)Responsible for aquisition support for sales and other departments
What do I need to qualify for this job?
Detailed knowledge in powerelectronic components, circuilt, topology and thermal management, related control algorithm technology;
Related power electronic hardware skills, e.g., EMC, etc.
DFx,DFSS experiences familiar with system simulation tool, simplor / saber / matlab;
has intership project experiences in larger power rating power electronic product (e.g. >20KVA UPS system) development, from international companies strongly preferred;
Good communication in both English and Chinese
